MODIFICATIONS

Only the owner of the listing and the administration/moderation are permitted to modify listings.
The owner is only provided with the right to modify his/her details and listing details AND NO ONE ELSE'S.  When, the owner changes his/her listing the date of last modification will be updated.  
If the owner believes that someone (not permitted to) has changed the listing, we should be contacted immediately making no modifications.
The administration/moderation reserve the right to modify ANY LISTINGS without prior notice - you will not be notified in any way; including the modified date which will/may not change when an administrator or moderator modifies your listing.

We reserve the right to send you "rare" emails which are NOT classified as SPAM.
